Write to the Easy Ladle kitchen

A recipe that didn't behave, a dish you'd love us to make simpler, a typo that caught your eye: every letter is read by a real person on our small team.

Prefer plain email?

Write to us from your usual inbox at [email protected]. It lands in exactly the same place as the form.

How soon we reply

Usually within about three working days. Around bank holidays, or when the newsletter has just gone out, it can take a little longer. We answer everything that isn't spam.

Something went wrong with a recipe?

Tell us which recipe, what you changed (if anything), the kind of oven or hob you used and what happened. Those details help us work out whether the method needs rewriting. Confirmed errors are fixed and noted on the page, as described in our corrections policy.

Your data & newsletter

To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email [email protected]. To stop the newsletter, use the unsubscribe link at the foot of any letter. Our Privacy Policy has the details.

Where we are

Easy Ladle is an online publication with no shop or public office, so we can't receive visitors or post. Email is the surest way to reach us.

Before you write

Answers to the letters we get most often

One of these may save you waiting for a reply.

  1. "My cookbook hasn't arrived"

The download link usually lands within ten minutes. Check spam and promotions folders, then sign up again from the cookbook form. If it still hides, email us.

  2. "Can I swap an ingredient?"

Usually yes. Many recipes list swaps in the notes. For allergies or a medical diet, check labels carefully and ask your health team rather than us.

  3. "May I share a recipe?"

Print it for your kitchen, a friend or a lunch club, and share the link freely. Please don't republish it online. Our Terms of Use explain.

  4. "Do you take adverts or guest posts?"

We don't accept paid placements or sponsored articles at present. Recipe ideas from readers, on the other hand, are always welcome.
